Grief And Bereavement
It has been publicised that there are '12 stages of grief' but this is inaccurate and cannot be gauged or measured. For everyone, the process is completely different but there are some similar patterns when it comes to grief and dealing with a bereavement.

Skipping a 'pattern' can be an advantage on a difficult grieving journey, especially as emotion defies logic and has to be dealt with accordingly. With this in mind, it is important to remember that while some factors on how you go through the grieving process can be chosen, others cannot.

At Exmouth & District Funeral Services, we have over 20 years of experience in dealing with the subject of grief and bereavement and will be pleased to help you during this distressing time or, as the requirement arises in the future.

While it may not be of much comfort to you, please know that you are not alone on your journey- speaking to us can be helpful at the very least.

If you need help or advice on which steps to take in regards to planning a funeral, or would like to learn more about our full range of services, please get in touch to speak with our friendly team who will be able to provide answers to your questions in an honest manner.

At Exmouth & District Funeral Services, we realise that this is an unusual and difficult time for you. As such, your contact with us is a personal and professional priority. Our primary goal is to be available to you and perform the professional and caring service needed, in order to reduce the burden to you and your family.
