Grief And Bereavement
Experiencing the loss of a loved one or a closely valued friend is accompanied by numerous, 'new' feelings and emotions.
Abandonment, loneliness, the inability to have 'normal' conversations are just some factors but puzzlement and 'purpose' are amongst new experiences – this is likely to be a struggle.

Help and counselling are not part of the, 'stiff upper lip' we are mostly conditioned with but advances in the fields of understanding stress and the emotions which accompany bereavement are a reality of our modern society.

Administering care for diseases such as dementia or looking after terminally ill patients has been professionally recognised. The effects on families has been addressed and documented. These elements can be dealt with in the privacy of your own home or by doctors, special support staff or community 'help' groups.

Please contact Exmouth & District Funeral Services for assistance or for 'someone to talk to.' "We offer on-going care recognising the difficulty of 'your' position. We have personal experience having suffered loss ourselves in our own family as well as being experienced funeral directors."
